Are you ready to dance for TNO?
As part of its 2024-2025 community show, TNO is inviting public figures from Sudbury to take part in the “Are you ready to dance for TNO?” campaign. Eight courageous star dancers will take the stage in Devant le jukebox, directed by Hélène Dallaire. Under the choreography of the talented Janie Pinard, who is also codirector, our guest dancers will bring out their most electric dance steps to impress the audience… and support community projects of TNO!
The general public is invited to support the guest dansers’ participation by making a donation. The goal? Raise $1,500 in donations for each of our 4 dance groups! How to make a donation? Online, by clicking on the links below the dancers’ biographies, or by dropping a cheque at our Place des Arts offices. Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more.

After graduating, he became a cultural reporter for Radio-Canada in Northern Ontario. His interest in culture and the circulation of works led him to co-found the Prix des lecteurs Radio-Canada, the Salon du livre du Grand Sudbury and to revive La Slague, voted best broadcaster in French Ontario several times since 2006. Along with an intrepid band, he has devoted a decade to the collective project of Place des arts du Grand Sudbury, and will be its first president from 2015 to 2021. For the past 17 years, he has led a dynamic team of over 100 employees at Le Carrefour francophone de Sudbury, the oldest cultural center in French-speaking Ontario.
Hermione Gauthier Le Coz was born in Sudbury.
She began dancing at the age of 4. Her preference for jumps and spins led her to competitive gymnastics. A member of the Laurels club for 3 years, she excels on beam, but prefers floor discipline.
To relax, she likes to draw, spend time with her cats Nabu and Chopin, go hare coursing and garden with her grandmother.
When she’s older, she’d like to be an architect.
