As part of its 2024-2025 community show, TNO is inviting public figures from Sudbury to take part in the “Are you ready to dance for TNO?” campaign. Eight courageous star dancers will take the stage in Devant le jukebox, directed by Hélène Dallaire. Under the choreography of the talented Janie Pinard, who is also codirector, our guest dancers will bring out their most electric dance steps to impress the audience… and support community projects of TNO.
The general public is invited to support the guest dancers’ participation by making a donation. The goal? Raise $1,500 in donations for each of our four dance groups! Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20 or more. Without further ado, here are the stars of the dance floor:
- Paul Lefebvre and Line Giroux
- Stéphane Gauthier and Hermione Gauthier Le Coz
- Sébastien Fontaine, Carole Dubé, Éric Despatie, and Chantal Goold (Conseil scolaire du Grand Nord)
The profile of each participant and the link to the donation portal are available here.

Citation
“We’re very grateful that local personalities from different sectors have chosen to take up the challenge we’ve set them with generosity and enthusiasm! It’s not just dance steps that you’ll see on stage at the end of January. It’s the manifestation of a real and valuable commitment to the community projects of Théâtre du Nouvel-Ontario. Like our guest dancers, we ardently believe in the importance of this aspect of our activities in contributing to the vitality and development of Sudbury’s francophone community.”
– Marie-Pierre Proulx, directrice artistique du TNO
