Description

Le Concierge by Vincent Leblanc-Beaudoin in association with DopoLavoro Teatrale, will be presented in an unusual venue – Collège Notre-Dame. A man in uniform appears at the end of the corridor. Follow him as he makes his rounds through the classrooms and underbelly of a school. Soak up the silence and emptiness of the school after hours. Immerse yourself in a wordless, immersive experience where reality becomes a dream, or even a nightmare. Questioning the place of today’s working class, Le Concierge paints a touching portrait of a solitary character whose work is too often taken for granted.

Please note! Only 18 spots are available per performance for this unique show. There will also be no box office on site; tickets must be reserved before the show.

The original production in Toronto was a co-production by Vincent Leblanc-Beaudoin and the Théâtre français de Toronto, in association with DopoLavoro Teatrale.

Things to know to maximise your experience :

Please note that all performances of Le Concierge at Collège Notre-Dame are unfortunately NOT accessible to individuals with wheelchairs and other mobility devices.

This is a roving/ambulatory performance. Audience members are required to walk up and down stairways during the show, as well as come in close proximity with the actor and other audience members. Audience members are required to wear a uniform (provided). Some scenes take place in low light and in tight spaces. The performance contains flashing lights, bright lights, and sudden noises.
